First love the color on these. It is very Squat proof. Fits small, but I know if I got the next size up then it prob would have been too big around my waist. I ordered a size L which is my usual size for most athletic wear. The length is perfect on these, no sliding problems. Probably wouldn't wear these all day because the compression is quite tight on the thighs, for an hour long workout it's manageable
